Important information about our returns policy

You'll have seen from our previous news item that we have achieved the transition from ISO9001-2008 to ISO9001-2015. This means a commitment to quality in every area of our business, and we are continually investigating new ways to ensure best practice throughout the company.

One of the processes we have enhanced as a result is our returns policy. We have an impressively low return rate on our tools, but we realise that there will always be the occasional issue.

GTL now operates a returns number system for any tools that need to be returned for warranty repair or credit. The purpose of this is to enable us to track all returns back into the company to ensure a quick resolution to any warranty claims, which benefits all our customers.

If for any reason you need to return a tool to GTL within the warranty period please contact the sales department on 01483 894476 or at salesandrepairs@gedore-torque.com beforehand. This ensures that the return is logged and returns number is provided, which helps us to help you much more quickly.
